Delivery drivers are the ambassadors of Domino's Pizza. From the oven to the customer's door - they make it happen!
Our drivers are paid cash daily from earned tips and mileage. That is money in your pocket every night! In addition, they earn an hourly wage. Whether you want to work only a few hours, just weekends, or only evenings - we can make it work for you. Our driver position is an excellent start to learn about the business. Domino's Pizza is committed to promoting from within - most of our Managers started out by being delivery drivers.
Insiders
Our Domino's Insiders are the first contact with our customers - and they get paid to talk!
We value our Insiders commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist our customers through the ordering process. In addition to providing exceptional customer service to our customers through order taking, our Insiders gain valuable experience through assisting with in-store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. Our Insiders work mostly on the weekends and in the evenings. Schedules are flexible so we will always try to work with you.
Management
Our Managers are the backbone of our business! Work in a great environment with opportunities for ownership.
General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our General Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. If you have limited experience, this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Pre-employment background check
  • Must work nights and weekends

Driver Requirements:

  • Car with Vehicle Insurance.
  • Have your driver's license for 1 year if you are 19 years of age.
  • Have your driver's license for 2 years if you are 18 years of age.
  • Domino's Pizza will run Motor Vehicle Record search (your cost is $10.00 up front).
  • Pass a Domino's Pizza vehicle safety inspection at time of hire and periodically thereafter.

You must meet Domino's Pizza Driving Standards:

  • No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years or 3 in 3 years.
  • No suspended, revoked or restricted license - Must be a full 1 or 2 years history.
  • You must be licensed in the state of primary residence.
These are all in the past 5 years:
  • No leaving the scene of an accident.
  • No participation in an illegal speed contest.
  • No drug or alcohol related violations.
  • No hit and run or leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Reckless driving.
  • Vehicular homicide or assault.
  • Eluding or attempting to allude police.
